<em>The revolution in Texas lead to war with Mexico in that the land dispute over the border between Mexico and Texas caused the Mexican American War. The advantages that the United States had were that it was wealthier, larger, and more populous than Mexico.</em>
It caused the separate but equal. Everything the whites had the blacks had too. If the whites got a school then the blacks did too. If the whites had a dining area the blacks did too. I really don't mean to sound racist. I just don't know how else to explain it.
We could say that the growth of the cotton industry and the expansion of slavery into new states such as Alabama and Mississippi this ended hope's for a very gradual end to slavery so its opponents had the necessity to stop it from spreading to the new lands of the Louisiana Purchase. However, by the year of 1818 the northern states had a majority of growing immigrants in the House.
<span>It makes sense that the term “Black Friday” might refer to the single day of the year when retail companies finally go “into the black” (i.e. make a profit). The day after Thanksgiving is, of course, when crowds of turkey-stuffed shoppers descend on stores all over the country to take advantage of the season’s biggest holiday bargains. But the real story behind Black Friday is a bit more complicated—and darker—than that.</span>
