So 2 digit multiplication is like this

first yo multiply the 5 and the 3 and then you multiply the 5 by the 2 then you will get 15 for the first and you put the 1 on top of the 1 now 5 times 2 plus 1 is 11 so yo put the 11 down at the bottom. now you put a zero at the bottom of the answer will be  23 x 45 = 1035
