Human trafficking is one of the main crimes that take place at the international level by means of which a person is subjected to conditions, treatments or situations that are not decided freely and voluntarily by said person. Thus, human trafficking occurs mostly in cases of prostitution, organ trafficking and even kidnappings through which the freedom of the victims is suppressed by criminals who seek to obtain an economic benefit as a result of their actions.
