Similes for observations can be:
Consideration, study, review, inspection.
I will use these in a sentence to help prove this.
1.) Taking into consideration of the fact that....
This means that the noun has observed an action or situation.
2.) Study means to observe and take knowledge of something.
I'm going to go study my English class, as I need to get ready for the exam tomorrow.
3.) Review means to go over or examine.
I'm going to review the answers of the test I got back today in class to memorize what I learned.
4.) Inspection means examination.
My house needs an inspection for any bugs, as I've been seeing quite a few lately.
I hope this helps!
