Andrew Johnson (December 29, 1808 – July 31, 1875) was the 17th president of the United States, serving from 1865 to 1869
The six purposes of the government are as follows:
1- to form a more perfect union.
2- establish justice: by fair and reasonable laws and punishments
3- insure domestic tranquility: this means protecting Americans from other Americans
4- provide a common defense: to protect Americans from any outside forces
5- promote a general welfare for the benefit of citizens
6- secure the blessing of the liberty: this means that citizens have the legal right to life, liberty and pursuing happiness.
I would say that good judgement comes from considering the outcomes of your decisions.
This is not something that is a "talent": something that one is born with, or something that can be done without thinking too hard. Instead, one actually has to consider the outcomes of the decisions to be able to evaluate them.
