The goal of Alexander Hamilton's policies was to increase the government's----------- . But his suggestions to impose new taxes
e-lub [12.9K]

Answer:

Power

Distillers

Explanation:

Hamilton knew they needed a federal government with more power—to be able to tax, have a bank, and have a strong executive.

Small-scale distillers believed that Hamilton deliberately designed the tax to ruin them but large distillers recognized the advantage that the excise gave them and they supported it.

Which of the following best states the relationship between the government, company management, and striking workers
dezoksy [38]
Well I can eliminate the last one right, why would they want to lose money? I’d say it’s the 3rd one because who had more say on what happens with their company? If it’s incorrect I’ll straight up delete this unlike a lot of other people.

What happened to China's economy during the Great Leap Forward?
Keith_Richards [23]

Answer:

Millions of deaths took place in China during the Great Leap, with estimates ranging between 15 and 55 million, making the Great Chinese Famine the largest famine in human history.

Chief changes in the lives of rural Chinese people included the incremental introduction of mandatory agricultural collectivization. Private farming was prohibited, and those engaged in it were persecuted and labeled counter-revolutionaries. Restrictions on rural people were enforced through public struggle sessions and social pressure, although people also experienced forced labor.
