Which of the following best describes the mood of Elliot's poem?
Delvig [45]
The mood of the poem, I don't know because I don't know what the poem is. But, you can find the poem by reading it. If it is like this:

The world is covered in pitch black.
And as I walk, I don't look back,
I'll never return, I'll go on my own.
The world is covered in pitch black.

It seems like a somber and quiet poem. But if it's like this:

We jump up and down ready to go
See our new gift, see our new toy.
We arrive, and I scream with joy.
At our new gift, at our new toy.

Its more like a happy and cheerful poem. Hope this helps!

Dunstan was sure Silas was dead and would have no need of the gold. True False
Anon25 [30]
The statement above is FALSE.
When Dustan was coming back home in the night, he decided to check Silas Manner in order to borrow a lantern and to also use the opportunity to talk to him about borrowing money. When Dustan got to Silas house, it met the room empty with a meat cooking on the fire. Dustan wondered if Silas is dead, he then looked for his money, took it and went out of the house quickly.
