(15x + 43)° = (8x + 71)° [Vertically opposite angles]

15x - 8x = 71 - 43

7x = 28

x = 4

Therefore, (15x + 43)° = (15×4 + 43)°

Now, z° + (15x + 43)° = 180° [Linear pair of angles]

z° + 103° = 180°

z° = 180 - 103

z = 77

Therefore, x = 4 and z = 77 is the answer.
