Introversion and extroversion is a personality dimension, it was advanced via Carl Jung in the 1920s. Distinct individuals vary on this scale. Introverts are quiet and timid, and extroverts are uproarious and amiable. As per the hypothesis, introverts get vitality from inside themselves (thoughts and ideas as far as they could tell), and extroverts get vitality from outside of themselves (associating with other individuals).
