Cite a situation where you adopted a holistic view in looking at a problem or situation .how did adopting a holistic view help y
mixas84 [53]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

The situation where I adopted a holistic view of looking at a problem or situation was the time in which we had internal problems in the classroom that affected the socializing and harmony of the group. In the beginning, a just listened to one side of the story and my opinion was biased. However, when I was taught about the holistic approach, I learned how to be a better neutral observer and realized that there were many factors involved in the situation. So I saw the whole of the problem, not just one side.

Adopting a holistic view helped me make sense of the situation because I understood the different arguments of each side and other and other factors that were outside of my control. It gave me more patience to change what was in my hands, and tolerate and respect what was out of my reach.

All elements of the community must be activated, engaged, and integrated to respond to a major or catastrophic incident. True or
crimeas [40]

Answer: True.

Explanation:

It is considered a major or catastrophic incident to any incident caused in a natural or provoked way, which endangers the population, infrastructure, or natural resources.

When we talk about the elements of the community, we refer to government agencies, such as the police and firefighters. And non-governmental organizations such as churches, social organizations, or private individuals who can offer their help.

When an incident is considered catastrophic, the entire community's response is expected to help during or after the event. For example, when a hurricane strikes an area, the help is needed to evacuate the victims (firefighters and police). Also is required people who provide food to the victims (can help church members/social organizations), and reconstruction assistance (private company, people from the community).

Steve brings his watch to Knell Watches to be repaired. Knell Watches sells and repairs watches. Steve entrusts his watch at Kne
BartSMP [9]

Answer:

Steve has no legal recourse against Jonathan but he can try to take action against Knell Watches.

Explanation:

The entrustment rule says that entrusting goods to a seller who deals in goods of that kind, gives that seller the power to transfer those goods and all rights to a buyer in the ordinary course of business. Entrusting includes giving your goods to the seller and leaving goods that have already been bought with the seller, with the intention of picking the goods up or having them delivered at a later stage.

Here Steve cannot claim back his watch from Jonathan because he gave the watch to Knell Watches willingly. Jonathan also bought the watch from Kevin in good faith, he had no idea that the watch had been stolen from Knell. Kevin sold the watch to him in good faith and he had no reason to doubt that the watch really belonged to Kevin because they are friends. if, however, someone else had taken the watch in to Knell Watches on behalf of Steve, then he would be able to get the watch back from Jonathan but he can't now because he took the watch in himself. Knell was also deceived by Kevin and so Jonathan is protected because of that according to Uniform Commercial Code.
