Not sure about what you're going through. But personally stress and anxiety can occur when we occupy of time and energy towards things that are either placed onto us or unnecessary. So whenever you feel like somethings bothering you try finding the root of that problem, if it's something deeper then that consult a family member or someone you trust if therapy isn't really an option. (It's pretty expensive)

Not quite sure how to cure it but to definitely manage it I would recommend aroma therapy it is very relaxing and soothing and it can enlighten your day or mood within minutes I really hope this helps #Mentalhealth
