(3x)+(7x+5)+(x+10)=180
11x+17=180
11x=180-17
11x=163
x=163/11
x=14.818
Then just plug that in as x for all three angles

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

We know that the sum of all the angles of a triangle add up to 180 degrees.

So, let's combine like terms:

7x + 3x + x = 11x

5 + 10 = 15

So, 11x + 15 = 180

We can rearrange the equation to look like this:

180 - 15 = 11x

180 - 15 = 165

So, 11x = 165

Then, divide:

165 / 11 = 15

So, x = 15.

Now we can find the measure of all the angles!

3x = 3 x 15     3 x 15 = 45.

7x + 5 = (7 x 15) + 5      7 x 15 = 105      105 + 5 = 110

x + 10 = 15 + 10       15 + 10 = 25

So, the angles are:

45 degrees

110 degrees

And 25 degrees

Simplify sin^2y/sec^2 y−1 to a single trigonometric function
liubo4ka [24]

Answer:

\frac{ { \sin}^{2} y}{ { \sec}^{2}y - 1 }  =  { \cos }^{2} y

Step-by-step explanation:

We know that { \tan }^{2} y =  { \sec }^{2} y - 1

Also , { \tan}^{2} y =   \frac{ { \sin }^{2} y}{ { \cos }^{2}y }

So ,

\frac{ { \sin }^{2}y }{ { \sec }^{2}y - 1 }  =  \frac{ { \sin}^{2} y}{ { \tan }^{2} y}  =  \frac{ { \sin }^{2}y }{ \frac{ { \sin}^{2} y}{ { \cos}^{2}y } }  =  { \cos }^{2} y

2.) Use the Slope Intercept Form of a line to find the equation of the line from point C to point D.
mezya [45]

First we need slope

  • C=(0,0)
  • D(7,12)

\\ \sf\longmapsto m=\dfrac{12-0}{7-0}

\\ \sf\longmapsto m=\dfrac{12}{7}

Put D co-ordinates on y=mx+b

\\ \sf\longmapsto 12=\dfrac{12}{7}(7)+b

\\ \sf\longmapsto 12=12+b

\\ \sf\longmapsto b=12-12

\\ \sf\longmapsto b=0

Now

slope intercept form.

\\ \sf\longmapsto y=\dfrac{12}{7}x

  • As b=0

Margarita [4]

Answer:

Account Balance = Principal x (1 + interest rate (decimal)) number of years, compounded annually.

Step-by-step explanation:

This is based on the information provided: 2121.80 (1.03)2 = 2000 So, on your initial deposit of 2000, you can collect 121.80 in interest after two years.
