Answer:

Explanation:

A. The Species will not be able to adapt and go extinct.

Each species of bird evolves differently. Therefore each evolution a bird has it is improving each time. This way they can adapt to changes, and such when needed.

Well, modern dogs are descendants of wolves because of this their features are very alike. For instance the Siberian Husky, it's fur is thick like a wolves, and by natural instinct they are a pack animal that hunts in packs. There are other dogs that have ventured off away from their wolf look and instincts but this is mostly because of humans breeding dogs to what features they desire or need. Wolves can in fact survive in their territories, they are even moving from place to place, and their numbers are growing larger.

To "Mitigate" means to make something less severe or bad. In this case you could burn less fossil fuels, use more green energy, plant trees. You get the idea.

Bees don't die when the queen dies, they die when their lifespan ends and when there are no more eggs in the colony. In order for there to be more bees they need a queen, knowing this they protect their queen until death.

If a creature were to lack food, it could eat its own. If a creature were to have its habitat taken away from deforestation it could take refuge in caves or rock piles. If a creature were to lose it's environment it would either have to adapt or find another alternative. plants can also have this issue, space is a very needed thing, without it they cannot grow properly. That's why its harder for a plant to grow in a gravel patch with some dirt in it, than it is for plain soil.

Answer:

The organism will not be able to adapt, and the species will go extinct.

Explanation:

I feel like we could rule out these two because they don´t make much sense.

The organism will not be able to adapt, and the species will evolve into a new species.

The organism will adapt, and the species will evolve into a new species.

so that leaves us with the other two answers and I believe the first one is the most fitting

An example I found to support this is that polar bears could disappear by 2100 due to melting ice, In this case, the polar bears are the species, and the melting ice is the rapid change. since they are so well adapted to their environment, they cannot adjust from such a major change.

GPCRs are ___________ after activation.
Lerok [7]

The G-protein couples receptors are among the most diverse group of the membrane protein receptors. The GPCRs attaches a wide variety of the signalling molecules. They interact with the G proteins which are present in the membrane. Conformational changes occur in the GPCR, when the external signalling molecules attaches to it. The GPCR is desensitized after it becomes activated.

Hence, the answer is 'Option D - desensitized'.
