Well area of a triange is 1/2bh so we can find the side closest to us by doing

1/2(3x4) which is 12

the other side would be 1/2 (3x5) which is 7.5

the bottom side would be 1/2(8x4) so 16

and 1/2 (3x8) so 12

1/2 (8x5) so 20

add those together to get 67.5
