Answer:

Rockfish larvae are pelagic, there is genetic evidence for limited dispersal within Puget Sound for the quillback and copper (S. caurinus) rockfish (Seeb 1998) as well as for differentiation from coastal populations of brown rockfish (S. auriculatus) (Buonaccorsi et al. 2002). This degree of population structure is consistent with other genetic and otolith studies from coastal Pacific rockfish populations

Briefly construct a 3-week workout routine that incorporates the fitness principle of overload.
vampirchik [111]
There are 3 fitness principles: overload, progression and specificity.
According the principle of overload in order to improve, athletes must continually work harder as they their bodies adjust to existing workouts. This is the basic sports fitness training concept.
In the 3-week workout routine that incorporates the fitness principle of overload several things must be satisfied:loads should be gradually and progressively increased , the training loads should be planed and monitored, the workout routine should include workouts that allow recovery (stretching for example), competition should be involved, and very important muscular failure should be avoided.

In the early days of life on Earth, plants were exposed to extremely high doses of ultraviolet radiation. Constant UV exposure r

Evolution Due to environmental factors, It may not look it, but, needles are leaves, they collect solar radiation to produce glucose through the process of photosynthesis, however, needles are, some would say, evolutionary superior to leaves. Needles themselves hold in more water due to their dense wax coating, they are very difficult for insects and other organisms to eat, one because of their structure, and two because of their acidity, they can catch sunlight all year long due to their winter resilience( they don't fall, during the winter), and they have less surface area for wind to catch, which leaves them better protected from wind than most deciduous trees, however the surface area can also pose a larger problem for less surface area means less sunlight interception, therefore more are needed to compete against regular leaves. But.. I Digress... Plant needles are 'PROBABLY' initially the result of evolution of narrow leaves due to climate or environmental factors.
