Sa^2= \frac{(n_1-1)S_1^2+(n_2-1)S_2^2}{n_1+n_2-2} = \frac{(99*900^2)+(149*1050^2)}{100+150-2}= 985735.8871

Sa= 992.8423≅ 992.84

992.84*\sqrt{\frac{1}{100} +\frac{1}{150} }= 128.1751= 128.18

The standard error of the difference between the two sample means is 128.18.
