Delvig [45]

Answer: ( QUESTION A:) Measles is a childhood infection caused by a virus. Once quite common, measles can now almost always be prevented with a vaccine.

Also called rubeola, measles can be serious and even fatal for small children. While death rates have been falling worldwide as more children receive the measles vaccine, the disease still kills more than 100,000 people a year, most under the age of 5.

increase of activity was greater when sucrase concentration went from 2.5 to 7.5 g/l or when it went from 22.5 to 27.5 g/l and w
blsea [12.9K]

Answer:

22.5 to 275 g/l

Explanation:

Sucrase is an enzyme that hydrolyses sucrose into glucose and fructose. The main function of the enzyme to speed up the biological reaction. As sucrose concentration increased, the reaction will also speed up as long as there is a substrate available to bind. Once all substrate is bound, the reaction will no longer speed up. The reaction will be in constant phase.

At 2.5 to 7.5 g/l sucrase concentration, the reaction will be in early phase. It will give more activity at 22.5 to 27.5 when reaction get stable.
