Describe the culture at Cady’s school (look at definition of culture to help answer)?
alexandr402 [8]

Answer:

Find explanation below.

Explanation:

Culture refers to the social behavior, or life style of a group of people. Cady Heron in the film 'Mean Girls' was a young woman who had spent sixteen years of her life in Africa where her parents worked on a research. On moving back to America, Cady was registered in North Shore High school. The culture in the school was that of Class distinction, and segregation on the bases of race, beauty and wealth.

A cliche known as the Plastics were a group of three girls who domineered over others in schools. The criteria to belong to the group was being extremely pretty. Such an environment was strange to Cady who had been home-schooled by her parents. Initially she was bullied on arriving the school. Then she became friends with two girls who educated her on what happened in the school as well as the different classes.

Cady's extreme beauty became a threat to the Plastics who eventually welcomed her to the group. Cady's link between the lower and higher classes resulted in the eventual downfall of the Plastics.
