First use the slope formula to form the slope
m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
and then find the y intercept by (0,b)
then plug m and b into
y=mx+b

Answer:

Slope: y2-y1/x2-x1

Step-by-step explanation:

You find slope from two coordinate pairs by using the slope formula(y2-y1/x2-x1) or rise over run from a graph.

To find y-intercept, x needs to be 0 on a graph.

Hope this helps!

Find the differences between the terms. Then, state yes or no whether the sequence is arithmetic. Enter your answers as a, b, c
Furkat [3]

For a sequence to be arithmetic, it means that the common difference between the terms must be a constant. We see here that from the previous term to the next, it always increases by a constant 3 if the pattern were to continue. That means our sequence is arithmetic with a common difference of 3. (+3+3+3, yes)

Use the figure above for exercises 1 and 2
1) what does = ?
2) m
Kitty [74]

A straight line is 180°. The angles of QRT (2x + 33) and TRS (5x - 21) make up the 180° angle. So you can do:

∠QRT + ∠TRS = 180°

(2x + 33) + (5x - 21) = 180°

2x + 33 + 5x - 21 = 180 Combine like terms

7x + 12 = 180   Subtract 12 on both sides

7x = 168   Divide 7 on both sides

x = 24

Now that you found x, you can find the angles of QRT and TRS.

m∠QRT = 2x + 33

           = 2(24) + 33

           = 48 + 33

∠QRT = 81°

m∠TRS = 5x - 21

          = 5(24) - 21

          = 120 - 21

∠TRS = 99°

Answer:

use a ratio

Step-by-step explanation:

you work 10 hours and make $25. How much do you earn per hour? (this is your unit rate.)

10 hours

$25

divide and you get an answer of $2.50 per hour

to check your answer work the problem backwards, take $2.50 times 10 hours = $25
