The creation of an artificial opening between the urinary bladder and the exterior of the body is a/an
ValentinkaMS [17]

Answer:

Cystostomy

Explanation:

Some individuals may experience difficulty with getting urine out of their system probably due to certain infection, old age or other related problems such that passing out urinary waste becomes a major problem. When this occurs and persist, the way out may be to employ the use of a device called catheter which is a tube which leads out of the lower abdomen and help drain the bladder. This process of creating a narrow passage which is artificially drilled to aid the passage of urine from the urinary bladder is called Cystostomy.

Why is there a greater danger ofexcess fat in the US diet than a deficiency of fats?
KIM [24]
Eating too much saturated fats in your diet can raise "bad" LDL cholesterol in your blood, which can increase the risk of heart disease and stroke. "Good" HDL cholesterol has a positive effect by taking cholesterol from parts of the body where there's too much of it to the liver, where it's disposed of.

Why are men more prone to having kidney stones than women? How can an individual lower the risk of developing kidney stones? How
ElenaW [278]
I do not know that there has been any reason discovered for why men are more prone to have kidney stones than females. Some have suggested that diet may have something to do with this. A high protein and high salt diet make kidney stones more likely. Men tend to have a greater intake of both protein and salt. As women started following diets such as the South Beach diet or Adkins diet, the incidence of kidney stones has been increasing in women over the past 20 years. Obviously, there could be some contribution to female and male hormones, but this has never been proven.
