The difference between bullying and sexual harassment is that sexual harassment's definition is unlawful to harass a person (an applicant or employee) because of that person's sex. Bullying is when one is habitually cruel, insulting, or threatening to others who are weaker, smaller, or in some way vulnerable tormented by the neighborhood bully.
