Here too when an object is dropped, we know the initial velocity is zero when in free fall. So V =g*t this implies V= 9.8 *5=49m/s..... do you get it?

sesenic [268]
The answer is Fuse.  Circuit breakers and fuses are generally known as "Overload Protection Devices.  The difference between a fuse and a circuit breaker is that a fuse is a one time circuit element while a circuit breaker is a multiple use device. If you were designing a circuit for a reading lamp, a fuse would do.  Since almost all household installed a circuit breaker for outlets, etc,

earnstyle [38]

The geographical region where I would expect the warmest weather is: C. in the southeast.

<h3>What is a weather map?</h3>

A weather map can be defined as a type of chart that is typically used to provide information about the average atmospheric condition of a particular geographical region over a specific period of time.

Based on the weather map shown in the image attached below, we can infer and logically deduce that the geographical region where the warmest weather is expected is in the southeast due to its very high atmospheric pressure.

A resistor, inductor, and a battery are arranged in a circuit. The circuit has an inductance of L = 1 H and a resistance of 1.4
shtirl [24]

Answer:

\tau \approx 7.14 \times 10^{-4}s \approx0.714ms

Explanation:

In a LC circuit The time constant τ is the time necessary for 60% of the total current (maximum current), pass through the inductor after a direct voltage source has been connected to it. The time constant can be calculated as follows:

\tau =\frac{L}{R}

Therefore, the time needed for the current to reach a fraction f = 0.6(60%) of its maximum value is:

\tau =\frac{1}{1.4\times 10^{3}} =7.142857143 \times 10^{-4} \approx7.14 \times 10^{-4}s
