A Fitnessgram is like Age, Aerobic capacity, Percent body fat, & Body mass index. It keeps track of how many push ups, Curl ups, Ect you should be able to do in your Ranges with Age & Weight

It is important to engage in CPR if a person is unconscious and not breathing because the longer you wait the higher chance of them dying. when you spot someone unconscious and not breathing call 911 straight away then start to perform CPR only if the person isn't breathing and unconscious. But if they are coughing, moving or breathing those are all good signs
