Steve is a high school freshman. he is at a family get-together when his cousin offers him marijuana and tells him its O.K. to smoke. Steve knows that using illegal drugs is unhealthful and dose not want to smoke. but he doesn't want to make his cousin angry with him.
A. Briefly describe three strategies that Steve could use to avoid smoking marijuana.

B. Select the best strategy, and describe in detail what Steve would do and say. be sure to include verbal and nonverbal communication.

Strategy 1: find something positive to do in place of that
Strategy 2: see a therapist 
Strategy 3: talk to a family member so they could be a positive motivator each day to not do that.
