In the first place, they are rich capitalists, owners of industrial plants. Capitalism took on its modern form during that period. Due to the migration of a large number of inhabitants to cities, a large number of poor people are emerging, which has never been so strongly expressed before. The economy took on a new modern form during the Industrial Revolution.
