Write the definition of a function typing_speed, that receives two parameters. The first is the number of words that a person ha
Lera25 [3.4K]

Answer:

The definition of function is as follows:

def typing_speed(number_of_words,Time_Interval):

number_of_words>=0

Time_Interval>0

speed=float(60*number_of_words/Time_Interval)

return speed

Explanation:

Above function is defined step-by-step as follows:

        def typing_speed(number_of_words,Time_Interval):

  • A function named typing speed has two arguments, num_of_words and Time_Interval.

                             number_of_words>=0

                             Time_Interval>0

  • The variable number_of_words is the number of words entered that a person enters, they must be greater than or equal to 0. Where as Time_Interval is the variable for counting the time span in seconds, it must be greater than 0.

                    speed=float(60*number_of_words/Time_Interval)

                    return speed

  • For determining result firstly the seconds are converted int minutes by multiplying with 60 and number_of_words is divided with Time_Interval in order to get words per minute. The return value will give speed which has data type float.

Tech a says that a direct tpms system uses a pressure sensor located in each wheel
Feliz [49]

Tech a says that a direct tpms system uses a pressure sensor located in each wheel. This is a TRUE statement.

Explanation:

  • A tire-pressure monitoring system (TPMS) is an electronic system designed to monitor the air pressure inside the pneumatic tires on various types of vehicles. A TPMS reports real-time tire-pressure information to the driver of the vehicle, either via a gauge, a pictogram display, or a simple low-pressure warning light.
  • Direct TPMS uses a sensor mounted in the wheel to measure air pressure in each tire. When air pressure drops 25% below the manufacturer's recommended level, the sensor transmits that information to your car's computer system and triggers your dashboard indicator light.
  • Mounted inside a tire assembly on valve stems or wheel rims, the sensors are usually powered by 3-volt lithium ion batteries, but some use 1.25-volt nickel metal hydride batteries. There are developments underway that promise battery-less sensors in the future, having the potential to dramatically change TPMS markets
  • The tire pressure monitor system that uses a valve-stem-type transmitter is the direct reading type of TPMS.

Who is responsible for keeping your facility in compliance? A) Technicians B) Supervisors C) Owners D) All of the above
zhenek [66]

Based on my personal experience in the workforce, all of the above would be the correct answer. That's based off my experience though. Owners would regularly come in and talk to our managers and employees to make sure everything was kept in order and in compliance. The only other answer I could see fit would be supervisors. Hope I was able to help :)
