kvasek [131]

Answer:Divergent thinking

Explanation:

Divergent thinking is a cognitive process of coming up with diffrent creative ideas and exploring various solutions through those ideas.

It occurs in a non planned fashion where ideas just flow from all directions in a no sequence order usually these ideas come during emergent times. The main aim of divergent thinking is to come up with as many ideas as possible in a short period of time.

Coming up with an idea to make a carbon filter out of random items in a ship is an emergent case and for them to be able to use random items, they had to quickly come up with random unorganised ideas that were put together to come up with an emergent solution.

Holding a hearing without giving the juvenile enough time to prepare. Is this due process?
kari74 [83]
No, the Due Process is the legal requirement that the state must respect all legal rights that are owed to a person. Due process balances the power of law of the land and protects the individual person from it. When a government harms a person without following the exact course of the law, this constitutes a due process violation, which offends the rule of law.

If I [legally] bought the mona lisa would anyone be able to stop me from eating it?
pav-90 [236]
No because it's your property, however there would be A LOT of p*ssed off people because of it. You'd probably be all over the news, 'cause you'd have to be really rich to buy it AND then people would harass you about it.
