I'm sorry if I get this wrong, but there isn't enough evidence.

If we think about the shorter side being 4.2 cm, then just divide 33.6 by 4.2 to give it a ratio. 33.6 / 4.2 is 8. The ratio of the scale drawing to the actual playground would be 1 : 8.

The longer side is 10.5, so just multiply that by 8. You'd get 84 meters. The only part left is getting the area.

Multiply 84 x 33.6 and you'd get 2822.4

The answer would be 2,822.4 squared.

Find the x and the area of the shape perimeter is 64.5
Umnica [9.8K]

Answer:

x=8

A = 192

Step-by-step explanation:

The perimeter is the sum of the outer lengths

17.9 + 22.6 + 3x = 64.5

Combine like terms

40.5 +3x = 64.5

Subtract 40.5 from each side

40.5 +3x -40.5 = 64.5 - 40.5

3x =24

Divide each side by 3

3x/3 = 24/3

x = 8

The area of a triangle is given by

A = 1/2 bh

The base is 3x = 3(8) =24

and the height is 2x = 2(8) =16

A = 1/2 (24) * 16

A =192

3+12x5/(5+15) What’s the answer
r-ruslan [8.4K]

\bf 3+12\times \cfrac{5}{(5+15)}\implies 3+12\times \cfrac{5}{\underset{\uparrow }{20}}\implies 3+12\times \cfrac{1}{4}\implies 3+\cfrac{\stackrel{\downarrow }{12\times 1}}{4} \\\\\\ 3+\cfrac{12}{4}\implies 3+\stackrel{\downarrow }{3}\implies 9
