Steve and Bryan together have $231. Steve has $9 less than Bryan’s amount. How much does each have?

Steve has $106.50 and Bryan has $124.50. you divide $231 by 2 and get $115.5 and then subtract $9 and get $106.50 so you add the 9 to $115.50 and get $124.50
