Hey, Can someone help me solve 2x²=63-5x using the quadratic formula. ( In algebra 1 by the way)

a^2+b^2=c^2

So you would plug in your numbers that you already have (6 and 10) But notice that 10 is the hypotenuse (longest side) so
6^2+x=10^2

Then you would solve it and you should end up with 11.6619
