The most useful microscope to use would be a Compound Light Microscope. These microscopes are limited to about a good 2000X magnification. Not only can you use this to estimate the number of red blood cells, but it is good for seeing and identifying protozoa, bacteria, and organism cells.

Doss [256]

Answer:

B)no

Explanation:

Sustainable use of water means use of water to fulfil various human needs for water without having any negative impact on the environment.

The sustainable use of water allows a minimum of 20 to 50 litres of daily water per person to fulfil their water needs, that means 600 litres maximum per person per year but in the given situation the city uses 25,000 litres of water per person per year.

This shows that people in the city are not using water sustainably which is causing a fall in precipitation.

Hence, the correct answer is "No".

If the carrynig capacity of an area is 945, and it is carrying 1.100 individuals, what most likely will happen is that we'll see a decrease in the deers population, until it matches the carrying capacity. This will occur because there wont be enough resources available for all individuals.

Answer:

The biotic and abiotic limitations are what determine the carrying capacity of a population. Which in other words is simply the amount of living and non-living things that can occupy an area.

If you get a wagon, and say the carrying capacity of that wagon is 100 people, you'll be counting the number of seats (number of people that can sit), the number of people that can stand plus non-living factors such as the space occupied by the seats, metal bars, etc.

Which characterisic of life destinguishes a fire and a flowering plant
worty [1.4K]

Answer:

The correct answer from the options is Growth.

Explanation:

There are seven basic characteristics of life which separate living things from non- living things.

Growth is one of the characteristics which separate a living thing from a non- living thing. The plants use essential macromolecules for growing. The fire will not have macromolecules to grow. Hence, growth is the option that is correct.

Other options like defined boundary are incorrect because both plants and animals have a defined boundary.

The end result of metabolism is a cellular energy unit called
stepladder [879]

The best answer is ATP (Adenosine triphosphate).

Metabolism is a term referring to the overall processes by which energy is obtained by an organism. In man it begins with the digestion process, and ends with cellular respiration.

Food molecules are broken down into their monomer units through the digestive process. Carbohydrates are broken into glucose units. Glucose is taken in by cells and used in cellular respiration to produce ATP, which is the form of energy that cells use.

Cellular respiration involves three stages namely glycolysis , Krebs cycle and electron transport chain. From one molecule of glucose, the number of ATP molecules generated through cellular respiration is 36 to 38 molecules.
