In Jamaica, when we are looking for a transfer to attend a different school we have to visit the M.O.E ( ministry of Education) which is part of the government. Recently my brother was getting a transfer from his old school and we had to write a letter to the M.O.E to see if he was qualified to attend that school.

1) A good government makes sure that its citizens are pleased with whatever decisions are being made or have been made.

2) A government is responsible for providing its citizens with benefits, they provide free programmes to the needy.

3) A government serves to ensure the protection of its citizens so that there isn't a rapid number of death each day by violence ( mostly domestic)

4) A government shouldn't be biased, it should be fair and so every citizen must be treated with the highest respect.
