No, being socially stable cannot happen if gender inequality is in the picture. In order for a place to be socially stable everyone would have to accept misogynistic people if we chose being socially stable than gender equality. Not only that but also misandry. I believe that if gender equality is the first priority then social stability could gradually come in. Of course not everyone would accept my opinion but it is absolutely necessary for men and women to be equal.
