After a debate, the delegates issued a letter to King George III demanding to stop the Intolerable Acts and if failing to do so, the colonies would begin the boycott against England. These meetings were happening now during the Revolutionary War and as a consequence of it, the debates were mainly about creating an army, and beginning to draft what on July 4th, 1776 became the Declaration of Independence and later on in 1781 the Articles of the Confederation.
