(not a real school question just opinion) What do you think about when you here 'group home' or foster care? If you had control

over it, what would you fix, or take away? (look up all types of group homes for more info, if you wish)

Answer:

when i hear those words i think about how the kids parents messed up bad. and i think about what my mom told me: she said that the love of a parent for there kid is the strongest love out there. so how can a parent send there kid away to foster care? most of the time they dont get to chose but they do get to chose if they try and get them back. if i could fix anything it would be that there were more people willing to take big kids. most of the time if you are a kid in foster care and over the age 7 then you will have to stay in foster care until you are 18 and can live on your own.
