The answer is A. She should add more cardiovascular training and weight training to her exercise routine and eat several low-calorie meals a day.

The other options consist of diets unfit for Rachel, either unhealthy fad diets or ones too high in calories. Both B. and D. also include unsafe exercise plans that could cause her to experience overload, become fatigued, and possibly lead to injury.

Hope this helps! :)

Irina18 [472]

Answer:

D) Tobacco

Explanation:

While tobacco can have a few medical uses, it has the least amount and many don't even consider those uses to be relevent whatsoever.

"Fentanyl, also spelled fentanil, is an opioid used as a pain medication and together with other medications for anesthesia. "

Advil: Generic drug name: Ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is used to relieve pain from various conditions such as headache, dental pain, menstrual cramps, muscle aches, or arthritis. It is also used to reduce fever and to relieve minor aches and pain due to the common cold or flu."

" Tylenol (acetaminophen) is a pain reliever and a fever reducer. Tylenol is used to treat many conditions such as headache, muscle aches, arthritis, backache, toothaches, colds, and fevers."

D) Would seem the best option! Hope this helped! :)
