Answer:

71,100 units

Explanation:

I assume this question is using the Weighted Average Cost Method.

When using the Weighted Average Costs Method, we are interested in the output units. That is where we get the equivalent units.

Calculation of Equivalent Units for direct materials :

Completed and transferred (70,400 × 100%)    = 70,400

Ending Work In Process (3,500 × 20%)             =      700

Total Equivalent Units for direct materials        =   71,100

That statement is false.

WHAT ARE "OPERATING ASSETS"?
Operating assets are assets acquired for use of the ongoing operations of a business.

OPERATING ASSETS INCLUDE:
Inventory, accounts receivable, & fixed assets.

WHY IS IT FALSE?
This statement would've been correct up until this point: "but not any depreciable fixed assets."

Using this formula

Average collection period = (Accounts receivable / Credit sales) * 365 days

Let plug in the formula

Average collection period =$30 million/$450 million *365 days

Average collection period =24.3 days

Therefore How long, on average, does it take the firm to collect on its sales is 24.3 days

Equipment was purchased for $145500. Freight charges amounted to $6500 and there was a cost of $12000 for building a foundation
andrey2020 [161]

Answer:

$26800

Explanation:

Total cost to be capitalized for the assets

= 145500 + 6500 +12000

= $164000

Estimated useful life = 5 years

Salvage value = $30000

Using the straight-line method,

Annual Depreciation = (Cost - Salvage value)/ Number of years

                                   = (164000 - 30000)/5

                                   = 134000/5

                                   = $26800

One disadvantage of renting a home is , which directly affect what the renters can and can’t do in and around the house. On the
slava [35]

disadvantage is that the land lord can raise the rent easily while you can not do anything about it.Lower insurance, When renting a home, we would most likely restricted to make any modification that we like to the home. (such as we are not allowed to change the color of the paint)

On the insurance front, renting a home has cheaper insurance since we are only paying for the protection of the personal goods that we keep on the home. We do not have to pay for property tax since the home is not belong to us.

But a benefit is that there is no mortgage.
