No.

Explanation:

most minority groups in the United States are not benefitted by the ideology of "Liberty and Justice". black and brown people are being sent to prison for things as simple as the possession of marijuana. this isn't justice. sending people to jail for possession of drugs does not help anyone. but it sure does help the government with free prison labor. long story short, "liberty and justice" only benefits rich white people.
