How responsible should sport/event organizations, celebrities, and athletes be for keeping their various publics happy? We know

that good publicity boosts goodwill and profits. But, should individuals have to keep their personal beliefs private so they won’t offend anyone? For example, some musicians may highlight their political views on stage at their concerts. Or, an athlete may make comments in an interview that could offend certain groups. Perhaps he’s an avid hunter, a hobby that some animal rights activists would certainly not support. What do you think? Where should celebrities and athletes draw the line between building fan support and being true to themselves?

Sholpan [36]
The answer to this item is letter C. PRICE ELASTIC.

The price elastic demand as stated in this given corresponds to the increase or rise in the total revenue when the price is brought down or decreased. This is indicated by the PED (price elasticity of demand).

The total revenue is calculated by multiplying the total items, good, or services sold by the unit price. For the demand which is price elastic, the decrease in the price will cause a higher raise in the number of customer vying for the products and services.

lara [203]

Answer:

negative consumption externality.

Explanation:

A negative externality arises when the production or consumption of a finished product or service has negative impact (cost) on a third party.

On the other hand, a positive externality arises when the production or consumption of a finished product or service has a significant impact or benefits to a third party that isn't directly involved in the transaction.

In this scenario, your neighbor enjoys seeing the grass in his yard grow wild and free, a practice with which you disagree because it poses a danger on the people around as snakes and other poisonous animals may breed or live there.

Hence, this is an example of a negative consumption externality because it's the potential of causing you harm or endangering your life.

valentina_108 [34]

Answer:

$10,146

Explanation:

Llcrys Corp

Disbursment float = Checks ×average amount × numbers of clearing days

Disbursement float = 52× $461 × 2.5

Disbursement float = $59,930

Collection float = Checks ×average amount × numbers of average days

Collection float = 49 × $508× 2.00

Collection float = $49,784

Hence:

Disbursement float - Collection float

= $59,930 − $49,784

= $10,146

This is a DISBURSEMENT FLOAT of $10,146
