Students, doing an experiment very similar to the one I demonstrated for the Alu SINE located at the PV92 locus, tested their ge

notypes at a different locus known as AB21. This locus is polymorphic for the yfg SINE. (Because this is different than the one demonstrated in the video, the sizes of the bands those students observed on their gels will not be the same as the bands shown in the video). The lane marked “C-” is a negative control to make sure no DNA contamination was present in the PCR reactions and “C+” is a positive control. Refer to the AB21 yfg analysis in the gel below to answer the questions that follow.

What is the difference between force and net force?

Don't copied from goo-gle
inessss [21]
"Net force" simply means the sum of all forces. The "unless acted upon by a net force" version is more correct. For example, as you stand or sit still, the earth pushes you up with a force equal and opposite to the force with which gravity pulls you down. The net force, or total force, is zero, so you do not move.

Between which two steps of the water cycle does the ocean fit
Tems11 [23]
The whole water cycle is evaporation, condensation, precipitation, and then infiltration, and at last it is runoff.
Ocean is between the runoff and the evaporation. The rain runoff to the ocean and then start over the water cycle from evaporation.
