For point-slope form, if one of the points is negative then would it become positive. For example, the point I have is (-4,3) an

d the slope is 1/3, if I'm doing point slope form would the 4 be positive, two negatives equal a positive, right? Then the answer would be y-3=1/3(x+4)

Can someone please solve for x
RoseWind [281]

Answer:

x = -11

Step-by-step explanation:

2x + 23 + 9 = x + 21

Combine common factors

2x + 32 = x + 21

Subtract x from both sides

x + 32 = 21

Subtract 32 from both sides

x = -11
