so, 7 is neutral anything past 7 is considered basic.

answer: <em>a water and ammonia solution with a pH of 11 (very basic).</em>

<em />any number under 7 is acidic and of course there are different degrees of acidic just like there are different degrees of basicity.

______________________________________________________________

- stomach's digestive juices, would be considered very acidic

-apple juice is also acidic but not as acidic  like stomach juices.

- grape juice, is becoming less acidic.

Simplify. (-2)^-3<br> A.-8<br> B.-1/8<br> C.1/8<br> D.8
DiKsa [7]

ANSWER

{( - 2)}^{ - 3} =- \frac{1}{ 8}

EXPLANATION

We want to simplify;

{( - 2)}^{ - 3}

Recall that,

{a}^{ - m}  =  \frac{1}{ {a}^{m} }

{( - 2)}^{ - 3}  =  \frac{1}{{( - 2)}^{ 3}}

We multiply out to get,

{( - 2)}^{ - 3}  = \frac{1}{{- 2} \times  - 2 \times  - 2}

{( - 2)}^{ - 3}  =  \frac{1}{ - 8}

The correct choice is B.

den301095 [7]

Answer:

\frac{9x^6}{4}-\frac{3x^5}{2}+\frac{x^4}{4}

Step-by-step explanation:

We want to simplify:

(6x-2)^2(0.5x)^4

We expand to get:

(36x^2-24x+4)*\frac{x^4}{16}

We expand further to get:

\frac{9x^6}{4}-\frac{3x^5}{2}+\frac{x^4}{4}
