Pulse pressure can be obtained by subtracting diastole blood pressure from systole blood pressure. In this case, it was 119-75= 44mm Hg
Pulse pressure is telling how much force did the heart made. A wide pulse pressure can be found in someone who doing exercise as their heart pump more blood. Narrow pulse pressure can be a sign of shock.
