One of the sides of figure A is 4 units, Same side for Figure B has TWO units.
Which is basically half the size of the original (figure A)

so

r=d/2=14/2=7
base=pi7^2=49pi
so

V=49pix
1176pi=49pix
divide both sides by 49pi
