Answer:

slope(m)=5/4 and

y-intercept (c)=12

Step-by-step explanation:

here, given equation of a line is

5x-4y-1=0...eqn(i)

equation of any line parallel to line(i) is

5x-4y+k=0...eqn(ii)

since,the line(ii) passes through (-8,2)[replacing x=-8 and y=2 in eqn(ii), we get]

5*(-8)-4*2+k=0

or-40-8+k=0

•°•k=48

substituting the value of k=48 in eqn(ii),

5x-4y+48=0 is the required equation of the line.

now,

changing eqn(ii) in slope intercept form we get,

4y=5x+48

or,y=5x/4+48/4

or,y=(5/4)x+12

comparing it into y=mx+c we get,

slope(m)=5/4 and y-intercept(c)=12

Answer:

6580cm

Step-by-step explanation:

The answer is 6580cm because....

  • Step one First let's figure out what the smaller shape's volume is. To do so we need to multiply ( LxWxH ) so 6x5x? it does not list what the height is so we know it has the same height as the larger shape and it's height is 14cm so we will use 14cm. 6x5x14=420cm
  • Step two Now lets find the Volume of the larger shape. So lets do LxWxH so Lx?x14 it does not give us the length so we need to add up all of the numbers along the line. We got 7cm then 5 from the bottom of the smaller shape and 10cm. all ads up to 22cm so 20x22x14=6160
  • Finally we add up the following shapes Volume which are 6160+420=6580cm

You are asked to draw a triangle with side lengths of 10 inches, 7 inches, and 2 inches. How many triangles like this can you dr
Inessa05 [86]
Well, if you say it's A...  But that does make sense.  Using the triangle inequality theorem, there is only one triangle you can make from that.
