For line l parallel to line m, the interior angles on the same side of the transversal should add upto 180° or in better words, they must be supplementary.
So, we can write that,
(2x + 6)° and 130° are supplementary.
⇛ 2x° + 6° + 130° = 180°
⇛ 2x° + 136° = 180°
⇛ 2x° = 44°
⇛ x° = 22°
The value of x for which line l is parallel to line m,
And we are done !!
