A niche is like a role in the environment. All the niches work together to create a diverse ecosystem. So if there is 3 organisms occupying 3 different niches in their ecosystem, they will have different roles to keep their ecosystem flourishing. These 3 organisms will also not compete with each other, which means that they will co-exist.
