Hi!! so I am hypermobile (double jointed) and have Asperger's syndrome and ADHD. I have been tested for Tourettes and nothing ca

me up (I dont have Tourettes). but my joints are always twitching. my mom jokes around saying I look like I should be in an exorcism movie. my arm will get stiff and I have the urge to like flick my arm of wrist and neck. im not sure why and if I concentrate hard enough I can prevent it from happening. I also have nose and mouth twitches, like the corners of my mouth twitch and my neck. my nose looks like a bunny sometimes. I have no idea why and I am not faking it either. also, if I dont crack my joints, it'll hurt a lot. like I get migraines that last for days if I dont crack my neck, and my hands will hurt to move if I dont crack my knuckles and fingers. same with my toes and back. I have no idea what's going on...

Answer:

Get advice from your doctor or a medical expert

Explanation:

It may just be your ADHD, as those who have it have tendency to always be moving around in one way or another. It also may just be a tick or a habit that has carried over from your younger years. However, I think you should see a doctor about the headaches just to ensure that nothing severe is going on.
