If you look closely, you can see that both angles b and the 43 degree angle together make a right angle. (You can tell this by the red line.) A right angle is 90 degrees. To solve this, all you would have to do is take the 90 (both angles combined) and subtract it by the number you already have (43).

Angle b = 47 degrees.
