Answer:

Explanation:

Churches like the Molo Church from Iloilo City, have a "neo-gothic" architecture, and this was a colonial church (meaning that the architecture has a European origin instead of an Asian origin, like the one we would see in the Asiatic architecture).

The case of the Miagao Church we have a baroque style, again, with European origins.

Finally, The Ruins in Talisay have an Italian style, again, European origins.

Now if we look at the Chinese architecture we will see things like wooden based construction, a lot of symmetry, a lot of colour, gardens, and a careful placing in town and use of space (there are more characteristics, but those are enough to find a contrast with the European architecture that can be seen in the previous churches and in the ruins).

Still, in neo-gothic and baroque (and also in the Italian style), there are differences, like the complexity of the interiors, the different type of windows, etc.

But we can see that there are some similarities that have a contrast in respect to Chinese architecture, like in all the cases, the structures are made of stone instead of wooden, and there is a lot of "artsy" architecture in the design (in the case of neo-gothic we will see this outside, while in the case of the baroque we will see this inside and outside).

Because the Philippine's churches (and the ruins) are kinda different in style, we can conclude that the main difference between these churches and the Chinese structure is mainly the materials used and the roots of the architecture itself, wherein the Philiphine's churches we have European roots, and in the Chinese architecture we obviously we have Asian roots.

Hoochie [10]

Baroque

Explanation:

Baroque is a period in art history which lasted about 1600 to 1750. This was the time when highly ornamental, expressive literature and music flourished across Europe. The specialty of the music in this era was that it was very dense, intricately composed as there was a strong emphasis over polyphonic writing. The instruments such as harpsichord was considered bread and butter of baroque world. It performed as a solo instrument as well as basso continuo with cello and double bass that went along with a broad variety of baroque music.
